VACATIONS RENTAL AGREEMENT
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Your
reservation deposit is billed to your credit card at the time of reservation.
This will secure your reservation until the first rental payment is
due. The reservation deposit
is not part of any rental payment due and will convert to a security
deposit upon your arrival date. Your security deposit will be refunded
to you by check, 21 days after your departure date.
BALANCE DUE/PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

of Rental: Due 30 Days prior to Arrival
Both
payments can be made with a personal or business check or a money order.
Each rental payment must be made as agreed to in this rental agreement
for the reservation to remain valid. Checks that have non sufficient
funds shall be subject to a $25.00 processing fee for redeposit.
CANCELLATION: If you cancel your reservation 90 days
before your arrival, you are entitled to a full refund, less a $100
service charge. If you cancel
less than 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your reservation
is considered non refundable. We
will try to assist you in re-renting the property.
CARE OF UNIT: You are responsible for maintaining
the premises in a neat and sanitary condition. During your stay, you
must follow the trash pick up schedule posted at the property. Upon
departure, turn off all lights and air conditioning, close all widows,
and ensure that furniture is in its original location.
You will be responsible and notified by phone for any damage
or losses to the rental property or for additional cleaning fees over
normal wear and tear. This would be deducted from your security deposit.
KEYS: Guests agree to leave keys inside at
rental unit or pay a $50.00 lost key fee.
If a guest loses their key during their stay there will be a
$25.00 key delivery fee.
INVENTORY: All rentals are equipped with linens,
towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and small appliances. All homes have washers and dryers and barbeque
grills. Theses items are inventoried
weekly by our cleaning staff. You
will be charged for any missing items.
CONDUCT: You
and your party agree to not disturb the neighbors with loud noise, outdoor
music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior.
If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked
to leave and will forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposit.
Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction,
natural resource violations, or public nuisance violations are
cause for eviction. If you are staying in a condominium, you agree to
abide by the rules and regulations established by the Condominium Association,
or your rental will be terminated. A copy of these rules is posted inside
of your unit.
OCCUPANCY: Occupancy
at any time greater than the stated amount for your property will result
in termination of rental with no refund and forfeiture of deposit. House
parties are not permitted. Should a house party occur, occupancy will
be terminated with no refund and forfeiture of deposit.
PETS: No pets are allowed unless specific
arrangements have been made and non-refundable pet fees have been paid
in advance.
VEHICLES: The
only vehicles permitted at the property are those that are agreed upon
in the rental agreement. No motorcycles
or motor homes are allowed. At the condominiums, no trailers are allowed.
Special provisions for any of the above may be made, but must be approved
by Dolphin Vacations in advance of your rental date.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES: Check in time is after
3:00 pm on the date of arrival while check out time is 9:00 am on the date of departure. No late
check outs or early check ins are permitted.

Vacations is not responsible for any damage to boats tied to docks or
left on the property as a result of attempted theft, storm damage, improper
mooring, etc. We are not responsible
for controlling water depths to and from the rental. Dolphin Vacations
is not liable for any loss, injury, death, or damage to persons or property
which at any time may be suffered or sustained by lessee or by any person
who may at any time be using or occupying or visiting the leased premises
or be in, on, or about the premises.
If property is unavailable for any reason, you will be given
a comparable property or a full refund.
